 CAPERS is kicking off Earth Month on Saturday, April 2nd with demonstrations and presentations of products to Green-Up your home in simple and elegant ways.  We're featuring the new Green Sweet line from  Garnier Thiebaut.  Get 4 free napkins with purchase of a beautiful tablecloth.
                                






Local furniture makers Meyer Wells will be displaying some of their artist-made furniture.  All the wood is from locally harvested trees.  From their homepage: "Furniture is our passion and we pursue it using premium,  salvaged materials transformed into beautiful objects for everyday use."

ArtWalk Thursday Beata Ondikova

Beáta was born in the former Czechoslovakia. Her artistic talent was discovered at a very young age, and she began her many years of study under Eastern Europe’s finest instructors. She ultimately graduated from art school, specializing in fine art and art restoration. Having studied restoration, Beáta has developed a truly unique ability to understand how the masters created their works, and she applies similar techniques to her own. Heavily influenced by her native Eastern Europe, the use of color and texture are woven into her versatile style. Beáta came to the United States in 1990, and worked for many years as a textile designer and artist in Los Angeles before coming to Seattle. She continued her work as a textile designer for Eddie Bauer-Home, which included several popular bedding designs. She has also developed designs for REI and Land’s End. ArtWalk is the second Thursday of every month 6pm-9pm

Two New Scented Candle Collections at CAPERS

March is All About Design at CAPERS
