Susan will fill a 10 foot table with her one-of-a-kind pieces-- this is an event you don't want to miss!

The talented Susan Goodwin will be setting up shop in CAPERS next Saturday with hundreds of beautiful earrings and necklaces. This is the perfect time to stock up on gifts for the holidays! Susan is a local jewelry maker who has been designing jewelry for more than 25 years and she is internationally known for her gemstone and pearl jewelry designs.

"Susan Goodwin has been a celebrated jewelry artist and tour de force in pearl and precious stone showpieces since 1980.  Born in Kirkland, WA in 1954, Susan traveled the world before returning to her roots and settling in Seattle. Her early years and first artistic influences were formed in the still exotic, tropical paradise on Hawaii. Her spirited mother fled the gray skies of the Pacific Northwest and moved to Honolulu when Susan was only three years old. It was there that Susan recalls becoming entranced by nature; exploring the beach, the jungle and the world around her and developed her passion for color, texture and light."

Our Holiday Open House is coming up in just 2 weeks and you need to be sure not to miss it! We have been busy stocking the shelves and decking the halls to prepare for the upcoming holidays. Be sure to stop by on November 23rd to pick up everything you'll need for the holidays. Plus, we will have treats and specials all day throughout the store!

Our Susan Goodwin Trunk Show will also be happening on Saturday, November 23rd from noon-5pm. This is an annual customer favorite! The weekend begins with a full day of events......nationally acclaimed jeweler, Susan Goodwin, shows her fall collection of one-of-a-kind pieces beginning at 3:30.  The party continues with artist receptions for illustrator and collage artist Kate Endle and ceramic artist Lisa Defaccio.  We're calling it....whimsy and wow. Hope to see you in the neighborhood tonight.
